In the conversation with Mr. Toshio Nagasawa, Senior Analyst at Japan Asset Management Platform Group, Ms. Morioka of Nikkei Research talked about the importance of getting to know customers and staying close to them for financial institutions to be chosen by customers. She explained how that could be accomplished through two surveys; customer surveys and employee surveys. She also pointed out that, increasing contact with customers lead to increase loyalty, based on the results of Nikkei Research’s syndicated survey.
