The important factors for choosing a restaurant were "delicious food" and "good cost performance", ranked 1st and 2nd in both the pre-pandemic and post-pandemic surveys. In this post-pandemic time, "cleanliness" rose to 3rd place, and "COVID-19 measures" came in 4th. The number of people who ate and drank in the restaurant and also those who dined with "friends" or "colleagues/work-related people" decreased significantly, while the number of people who went "alone" increased.
