The approval rating was 61% for the newly formed second Kishida cabinet, the same level as 59% in the previous survey conducted in early October. The disapproval rate was 27% (previous 25%). To the government's stimulus package, a 100,000 yen handout to 18 years old and younger, 67% answered "not appropriate", while 28% said it was "appropriate". Over the election cooperation between the Constitutional Democratic Party and the Japanese Communist Party, 56% said they should "stop", while 25% said they should "continue".
