Buyer Survey: Miso – published on Nikkei MJ

In a survey of 9 brands from 5 major companies, Marukome's Marunouchi Tanita Shokudo Genen (Low-Salt) Miso came in 1st place. Out of 14 evaluation items, including “Product Concept” and “Target Setting,” it received the highest rating in 7 items, far ahead of the 2nd place and below. 2nd place went to Ryotei no Aji, 3rd place went to Plus Koji Mutenka (Additive-Free) Koji Bijin, and Marukome took up the top three spots.
