The approval rating of the Kishida Cabinet dropped 1 point to 42% from the September survey, the lowest since the administration took office. The disapproval rate was 49%, unchanged from the previous. Over the dissolution of the Unification Church, 78% of respondents answered it "should be requested." 77% of respondents felt "resignation is certain" of Mr. Daishiro Yamagiwa who stepped down as Japan's minister in charge of economic security over the scandal of the Unification Church.
