The 3rd National Municipalities SDGs Progress Survey — published on Nikkei Glocal

By surveying 815 cities/wards about their progress in SDGs initiatives and evaluating across three fields of "Economy," "Society," and "Environment," Saitama City has kept its overall top position since the last survey two years ago. Toyota City in Aichi Prefecture, came in 2nd, followed by Fukuoka City in 3rd. 14 ordinance-designated major cities were in the top 20. The top cities by each evaluation category were; Toyota City for "Economy," Fukuoka City for "Society," and Saitama City for "Environment."
