The recruitment plan for college graduates increased by 21.6% compared to the actual numbers of that of spring 2023. It marks the second-highest growth rate since 2000. Graduates of science and engineering majors were widely favored with a 26.1% increase, while those from humanities courses increased by 19.2%. By industry, the non-manufacturing sector grew by 23.5%, and the manufacturing sector stood at a 16.9% increase. The starting salary for spring 2023 increased by 1.7% from last year, the highest recorded since 2009.
