The total sales of 222 companies comparable to FY2021 increased by 4.9% to 11,339.1 billion yen, which is the 8th consecutive year of growth. 19 out of 23 industries reported an increase in sales. 37.0% of companies were “unable to fill staffing needs (at all / very much),” increased by 7.9 points from the previous survey (including part-time workers). 46.4% raised wages of full-time employees in order to hire more in the future.
