The approval rating of the 2nd Kishida reshuffled cabinet which was inaugurated on September 14 was 42%, unchanged from the previous survey in August. Those who “do not approve” increased by 1 point to 51%. 49% of respondents “do not approve” members of the new cabinet and the LDP (Liberal Democratic party) executives, higher than 28% who said they approved. The number one reason for disapproval was “they were caught up in faction intention” at 27%.
