In a survey of 899 Japanese companies on their commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), 8 companies including SoftBank and Mizuho Financial Group were ranked as the highest tier in the overall rating. Regarding human capital management, more than 60% of the companies “have established, disclosed and implemented promotion policies.” The most frequently disclosed indicator was “the ratio of women and men in management positions,” which was over 80%.
